Grapefruit Seed Extract for External Use


Athlete's Foot (Mycosis Pedis)
    Because of the special conditions on the foot, such as ~ relatively constant level of moisture, darkness, and warmth, a fungus can grow here particularly well. Athlete's foot can 12 very stubborn, but many cases have demonstrated that eve the most resistant foot fungus can be eliminated over time by the highly fungicidal effect of grapefruit seed extract. Cailouses (Horny Skin)
    A warm foot bath lasting 5 to 10 minutes with 30 drops of grapefruit seed extract is very helpful in facilitating the removal of the horny skin and is a good disinfectant for the feet at the same time.

    Put one drop of grapefruit seed extract undiluted on the corn once or twice a day.

Thorn and Sting Warts
    Once a week, file off the callous spots using a coarse file or sandpaper or carefully cut or scratch them off with a sharp knife (scalpel). Use some old newspaper to catch the pieces in order to prevent the spread of infection. Then apply one drop of grapefruit seed extract twice daily. Continue to apply the extract for several weeks after the symptoms have disappeared. The removal of these warts is usually a very lengthy matter. Regular use of grapefruit seed extract as a foot powder or as an addition to soap or the foot bath has a good preventative effect.

      Apply 1 to 2 drops of grapefruit seed extract on the blisters for disinfection purposes.
